“Lance.”

“Yes, Red?”

“Is it really true that you can fly?”

Lance raised an eyebrow. “Wherever did you hear that rumor?”

“Well… I asked Clair… and she said that she had a bit of ability, and could breathe underwater, but since you trained more flying dragons, you could fly.”

“Ahh. Well then, I suppose the answer is yes.”

“Wicked.” Red breathed. “Show me?”

“All right.”

Red gaped as Lance kicked off from the ground. He had expected wings, but Lance didn’t need them… he locked his arms securely around Lance’s shoulders, feeling the Dragon Master hold him around the waist.

It was… wow…

Afterwards, they landed behind the main entrance of Indigo Plateau.

“Have fun?” Lance grinned.

Red nodded.

“I’ll see you later then, ja ne!”

Red watched Lance leave, and felt slightly warm in the cheeks.
