The wind and waves lashed around the sinuous form of a serpent, gilded blue-white, as harsh laughter spilled over the turbulent waves. The Dragonair surfed placidly along, smiling, as she felt her Master calling the elements to his control, binding them into brilliant lightning and crashing thunder, strong wind and wild water. He was brilliant, and the dragons would always respond to his call, for he was Dragon Master and their loyalty to him was death-deep. And so they surfed on, heedless of the destruction left in their wake, as rain plastered sharp spikes, wet like blood, to Lance’s face, and his golden eyes glittered with madness.

Dragonair smiled.
