Grandsons
and Grandpas
Part 1. The Foretaste of Happiness
As earlier, came back from the “favorite” school little Flay plunged
into his room to play his PlayStation Hoenn
Adventures game. No matter for 10-year boy that it was his last day at school,
that he was in prospect of short summer vacation, that, if it is his day,
tomorrow he will be able to travel through all Kanto to get experience and to
become a pokemon master or even the Pokemon Champion of Kanto. May be, if he success in pokemon training, he will become the Champion
of Hoenn, that is seen from the flat schematic bad
quality picture at the screen today.
«Flay,» - came back grandpa called the boy.
For grandpa’s fake Flay could save a game and turn away from the game!
Here was his lovely grandpa Ash, the senior Pikachu trainer of Pallet town and
Kanto Champion, and also the Champion of one more League. Flay loved his
grandpa more than anybody else.
Flay’s parents were too busy people to be with their
son, they traveled through over the world, but they didn’t want to become
pokemon masters they traded something. And their son lived in their house with
the best grandfather of all the world, the old father
of mister Ketchum.
Every evening Flay liked to sit on the carpet near the fireplace and
listen to grandfathers stories about his childhood, how grandpa met the grandma
at Hoenn, he told about his best friend, now the
late, Pikachu. Grandpa Ash put in order Pikachu’s
tomb more carefully than Haruka’s one. His wife died
when she was about 20, and Ash told his grandson that even his son had not
remembered his mother because a boy was only 2.
«Hey, grandpa!» – Flay went like a shot from a
gun from his room.
Grandpa sat in his old arm-chair and sorted out old notebooks. These
notebooks were forever forbidden for Flay, and if he took them he would be
whipped by old grandpa’s belt with pokeballs. Really, grandpa had never whipped
Flay, he only bluster out his threats. Two Pikachu, a
boy and a girl, grandsons or even great-grandsons of faithful Pikachu of
grandpa Ash, were playing nearby, faintly thundershocking
each one.
«Flay, your 10-year anniversary was a month ago, and now you have
finished the primary school.» – Grandpa began.
«And…» - Flay opened a mouth foretasting something really interesting.
The boy sat near the arm-chair.
And what a misfortune, Flay didn’t see the little Pikachu-boy and sat on
it. Pokemon yelled and thundershocked its offender by
really great dose of electricity. Grandpa shrinked,
remembering, how much times his friend made the same with him.
«Be carefull with them, they are too touchy!» – With some lecture tone Ash said to shocked grandson.
As a matter of fact, even if Pikachus lived at
the Ketchum’s house, but it was forbidden for thundershocking
anybody especially Flay. And this occasion happened suddenly, as spontaneous
display of pokemon feelings.
«I’ve learned it.» – Flay forced himself to
speak, clasping offended Pikachu to his bosom and patting it on the back.
Grandpa realized that Flay is out of shock and continued speaking about
their business.
«So, Flay, you are in that age when you can see all the beauty of our
world by your own eyes, not from this stupid picture at monitor!»
«Grandpa Ash, are you really thinking that I can?»
– Blurted out the happy grandson.
«If you have not try, you will not be able!» –
Thus Ash spoke to Flay.
Flay dropped his eyes, so that he was looking on offended Pikachu’s head.
«But… Grandpa Ash… I’ve never tried to train pokemon, I’ve never took parn in battles, I’ve never…»
Grandpa embraced the grandson and said to him:
«Your power and strength of your pokemon are not too important, the
number of faitened foe’s pokemon is not too
important, the time you are training is also not too important. The real pokemaster differs from the amateur by the way he is living
with his pokemon. The real pokemaster is living by
one soul and feelings with their pokemon. And while you have not felt it, no
even the powerful Tyranitar’s strength will help you
to win even the tiny Caterpie.»
It seemed that Flay was too frightened by these words. Is it true that
he must become so wise person by so short time? Horrible!
«Don’t be afraid,» - Ash calmed his grandson, «Nobody
can learn it from the first time. When I was 10 I was a complete blunderer…
The last Ash’s phrase made Flay quiet and laughing.
«Ok, go to your bed, you should sleep a lot today, and don’t sleep the
time when you should be at the Oak’s lab to get the start pokemon and the
trainer license.»
Inspired Flay ran to his room to gather his clothes. So he wanted sleep
enough the last time. Tomorrow the great trip waited for him, the trip which
will open the whole world to a kid. Excites grandpa was not sleeping the whole
night, his dream came true, he saw the grandson becoming a pokemon trainer. Ash
gathered all the useful subjects that Flay might take to the trip.
Hey, dudes, I suppose you will
like this story about “Pokemon” characters grandsons. Flay is the first, all
the others grandsons are
coming soon ^__^ Wait for updates! The history of this story
creation is simple. I was sitting online and speaking about Journeys fanfics, lots of them are written, but there was no about
Ash’s children and grandchildren, and I decided to fill the empty place =^_^=
