What happened:
“Well Brock
I think I shall accept your arm.” Celine giggled.
“ Tracey
would you…, you know like to go with me?” Samantha asked unsure.
“ I’d love
to!” he answered the question with a smile on his face that no one could take
away for the rest of the evening.
Misty and
Ash were already moving towards each other slowly.
“ Well I
guess it’s you and me then.” Gary said.
Cathy
nodded.
“So let’s
go then!” Brock smiled. Celine took his arm and they started walking towards
the entrance.
Everyone
followed. “ Hey I know it isn’t going to be like that but if I win you are
gonna have to dance with me.” Cathy whispered in Gary’s ear. “I know.” He
whispered back.
She looked
him in the eyes and started smiling, he answered by smiling back.
‘ He is so
cute, Stop it Cathy!’ she said against herself.
“Well there
we go.” Ash said to Misty.
“ Yup, here
we go.” She answered.
A few
minutes later the friends had found a table for all of them.
“ Ladies
and gentlemen, the contest is about to begin. Will the competitors and their
pokemon come behind the stage please!” the announcer said.
“ Good luck
and break a leg on the stage.” Ash said to Samantha and Cathy.
Samantha
and Cathy just looked at him as if they were going to exploud from the
nerves.
When all
the competitors were behind the stage the announcer came back on stage.
“ All the
competitors are ready, but are you?” he asked the crowd.
From
everywhere people were yelling yes and of course.
“ Well then
I would like you all to meet the lady of the lake!” he introduced.
The girl
was wearing a blue dress that was very wavy and she had all sorts of flowers in
her orange hair.
The girl
didn’t wore any shoes. “ It’s gonna be a hard competition” Tracey said.
“Yeah, it
looks like it indeed!” Misty agreed.
“ I am sure
they can handle some competition.” Gary said.
“ That’s
right Gary.” Ash agreed.
“ You can
let out your’e pokemon now.” a man from the jury said.
“ Pokemon?
But I don’t have any.” the girl answered with a very confused look on her face.
“ No
Pokemon, I am very sorry Miss but than you are disqualified.” the jury replied.
“Well the
next candidate I want you all to know is the mistress of the passion!” the
announcer said.
The
mistress of the passion came on the stage with a long dress that had indeed the
colour of passion, it was some mix between rose red and sun orange.
She let out
her pokemon : a charizard, a dragonite and a red gyarados.
“ Is that
all?” a lady from the jury asked.
“ Yes it is
just them, you may think they aren’t powerful but I know better.” the girl
answered, she looked about 16, maybe 17.
“ Well from
what stage of evolution you had them for the first time?” another man from the
jury asked.
“ Char, my
charizard, I had from when it was a charmander; Dodo, my gyarados, I had from
when it was a magikarp and Goni ,my dragonite, I had from when I was seven, it
was my first pokemon and I had him from when he was still in his egg.” the girl answered.
“ Yes I see
and what are their sexes?” the female jury asked again.
“ Well,
Char and Goni are females and Dodo is male.” she answered again.
Now one of
the two men juries asked towards the pokemon if they were happy.
The words
were translated by his taillow. The pokemon answered the question that the
taillow had asked them.
“Well, they
all say that their trainer is someone who loves them with all her heart and
that she really takes care of them. They also were telling me that usually she
lets them out of their pokeball on every occasion she gets and that they are
treated like a king and queens.” the taillow said in English. A lot of people
were shocked that the tiny taillow could speak English, but Ash and his group
were juiced to it by now because of the meowth from team rocket.
“Thank you
a lot you can go of stage now.” the jury said.
The girl
went to sit in the rest of the crowd.
There were
4 other trainers, the first that followed had an elektrike, an oddish, a
jigllypuf and a clefairy, she was
wearing a green dress she also looked very beautifull in it.
The second
wore a jeans with a matching purple blouse, her pokemon were: a meganium, a
zigzagoon, a wurmple, a bellossom and a celibi.
The other
were beautiful, the one had lots of waterpokemon, the other had a lot of
electric pokemon and one of hers was a female pikachu. The girl was called
fairy of electricity, she wore a jellow dress.
“ Now I am
going to introduce you to a girl full of talents, I introduce you to …,
the goddess
of the sun!” the announcer said.
The entire
table were Ash, Misty and the gang were sitting broke out in cheering the girl
like they haven’t done to any of the others.
Samantha
let the public and the jury admire her. A lot of people were thinking that she
really looked on a goddess of the sun, with her orange dress and her orange
diadem and the fact that the girls hair looked like gold.
You could
see some of the jury were very surprised from the appearance of the girl.
Slowly she
let out all of her pokemon: Umbreon, Jolteon, Ninetales, dragonair , Persian
and a raikou.
“ Well you
know what to do.” someone of the jury said still looking stunned at the raikou
that had just appeared in front of his face.
“Well Umi,
my umbreon, I have it from when it was an eevee; Jolt, my jolteon I also have
from when it was an eevee, they were twins so I caught them together;
Crydarling, my Ninetales, I have found it on the way when it still was an egg;
Dragy, my dragonair I have found totally wounded when it was left as a dratini
in the heat of the summer, he was probably left there from a trainer that was
thinking he was useless; Goddess, my Persian, I have from when it was a baby
meouwth and the last Volt, my raikou, was my first pokemon, I had him from when
I was 3. Well Umi is a female and Jolt is male, they are giving each other a
lot of attention; Crydarling is female; Dragy is male; Goddess is female and
Volt is male.” she said.
“ Can I ask
you something, it is ok if you don’t want to answer?” the only woman in the
jury asked.
“ Of
course, I am glad you are interested in my pokemon.” Samantha replied.
“ Well can
you tell us how you get your pokemon?” The woman asked again.
“Well,” ,
Samantha answered, “ my first pokemon was Volt so why don’t I start with him,
when I was 3 years old I was playing around in the garden from our neighbours
with their kids, I sough a weedle and was scared, the weedle was bigger than
any other I had seen so suddenly the weedle was about to attack me with poison
sting and then suddenly a raikou was standing before me, he scared the weedle
of and brought me home on his back even if the house was only 2 meters away, he
brought me home, the first thing my mother did when she sough me on that raikou
was getting me off and trying to scare him away until I had said what happened,
she thanked raikou for saving me from a little wound and said he could go, but
raikou stayed and always looked after me ever since; Umi and Jolt were my next
pokemon, as I said they are twins ans their mother had died from a wound a
pokemon had given her, I found them in the woods lying down next to their
mothers body and I took them home just as Dragy and Crydarling I have had when
it was an egg.” she answered.
“Well you
can go but we will ask your pokemon still some questions.” a man from the jury
said. Samantha nodded happily and stood there waiting for her pokemon.
“Wow
Samantha you were great out there, you are so gonna be one of the winners!”
Tracey complimented here.
“Thanks Trace,
but I wanna see how Cat is going to do it so I will talk later.” she said
looking at the stage.
The announcer
came back on stage and said: “Well, it is now time for our last candidate, we
have already seen the blinding powers of the goddess of the sun, but we can we
resist them from the only goddess of the night!”
Cathy came
on stage again there was loud cheering from the table from the gang.
Cathy also
let admire herself, and after that she let her pokemon out: a ponyta, a
flareon, an espeon, a growlithe, a poochyena, a cubone, a delcatty, a vulpix
and an Entei.
Again the
jury was stunned.
“ You know
what to do and you can also say how you got your pokemon.” the women in the
jury said.
“ Well
Fira, my ponyta, I have from when it was in it’s egg it is a female and I found
her under a tree in the city were I come from; Flare, my flareon, I had him
from when it was an eevee, he is male and he followed me together with my
espeon when I was training my other pokemon; Cat, my espeon , is female, I had
her for the same reason I had Flare; Growler, my growlithe, is male, I had him
from when it was a little baby, some kid gave it to me when I was about six,
this was my second pokemon I had ;
Pooch, my poochyena, is male to and I cathed him; Bonestone, my cubone,
is also male, I had him when it was a cubone and I catched him to; delcat and
vulp were following me together, delcat is female, she is my delcatty and vulp
is male, he is my vulpix and Enti , my Entei, is female, it was my first
pokemon and it followed me, I didn’t know first what was happening so I runned
away from her, then I realized I was lost and she showed me the way back home,
she was my pokemon ever since.” she answered.
“Well, we
are going to talk to your pokemon for a few moments.” the woman said.
After a few
minutes, the jury was done and Cathy was walking to her friends.
“ You 2
were so great out there!” Misty said.
“ Yeah, you
2 are so going to be winners.” Celine said.
“ Well we can
only say that when the jury has decided, isn’t that true Sam?” Cathy asked.
“ Yup it so
is Cat!” Samantha agreed.
After half
an hour the announcer came on stage again and said: “ The jury has decided who
is going to be the 3 winners.”
He walked
towards the jury and asked for the winners, the jury gave him a little sheet of
paper were the names of the winners were on.
“ The
winner on the tirth place is…,” he started, “ the Mistress of the passion!”
“ The
second place goes to the fairy of electricity!” the man called out with joy.
“Now the
first place is shared , so the winners are the goddesses from the sun and the
night!” he yelled out.
“ Now would
the winning ladies come on stage please.” the man said.
All the
four girls went back on stage.
The jury
came on stage now and the woman took the microphone.
“ Well as
you all can see the winners have been chosen and I want to congratulate them
all.” She said.
She went
on: “ On the thirth place we have the mistress of the passion because she is
and her pokemon were very royal, more royal than any other pokemon would have
been. I say congratulation, and here you go I do ask you to stay on stage for a
few more minutes, the girl had had her reward for the thirth place.
“ On the
second place we have the fairy of electricity because she has the most
electricity pokemon I have ever seen so strong and because her pokemon would
stand up for her while we talked to them, I also want to congratulate you and
ask if you want to stay right next o the mistress of passion.” The woman
continued.
“ And the
first place is being shared because they could be sisters, they showed
theirselfs in a name that was fitting them right, and all there pokemon loved
them like hell, they were also loyal to their masters, but the thing that
surprised us was that the pokemon were for their masters the same sort of kind.
We could feel that all of their pokemon would defend their masters even if it
would cost their lives and the jury has never seen such a loyalty coming from a
pokemon so they deserved these. Congratulations!” She said while giving the
girls there award.
“ Now would
the dates of all these lovely girls come forward to open the dance please.” The
announcer asked.
“ Well I
think Tracey and me gotta go, see ya!” Gary said following Tracey to the middle
of the dancefloor.
He sough
Cathy standing there, waiting for him, again he was stunned from how beautiful
she looked.
Cathy who
sough him staring at her came towards him, took his hand and leaded him to the
dancefloor.
“ Y- you
look beautiful.” He stuttered. “ Thanks” she said. They came closer and she let
her arms laying in his neck. The music started a few seconds later, the song
was called ‘every breath you take’ from ‘the police’, Cathy whispered along
with the song, he was sure she must like the song because he heard her whisper
every word very clearly.
After a few
other seconds she looked up right in his eyes.
They were
beautiful, they were brown with green in them, they made her melt.
He returned
the gaze.
So there
they were, getting lost in each others eyes.
After a few
other seconds they past someone of the crowd, his foot was in the way, but the
man didn’t noticed and the two were to deep in each others eyes that they
didn’t noticed.
Before they
knew what was happening they were falling on the ground, and when they were
falling they lost all their knowledge and didn’t noticed they were still on
earth.
But for
them there was not one person around them accept for them , the ground and the
music.
As they
were falling they were leaning in to kiss, but then they hit the ground and
they came back to reality, realizing what they were about to do they just stood
up, not reacting on the reactions from the other people.
“ Well, are
you still in for the rest of the dance?” Gary asked.
Before he
noticed, they were back on the dance floor dancing again, now they were both
kinda of ignoring each other. They didn’t want to look each other in the eyes
anymore.
Because
they knew if they would they would be leaded by that strange feeling again.
The song
ended and Ash, Brock, Misty and Celine came on the dance floor.
“Hey what
happened there?” Misty asked. “ Oh nothing we just were falling over someone’s
foot, that’s all.” Cathy answered.
“ Oh, OK,
Celine do you wanna dance please?” Brock said than asked.
“ Yes sir.”
She answered.
“ Ash are
we going to dance to, please?” Misty almost begged.
“ Oh ok.”
He said looking in her eyes.
“ Believe
me it is very dangerous what you just did.” Gary whispered.
“What did I
do?” Ash asked while whispering.
“ You
looked in her eyes.” Gary whispered back.
“ Oh” Ash
said not knowing why that would be dangerous.
Ash and
Misty left to the dance floor.
“ I don’t
think we are gonna dance again huh?” Cathy asked.
“ No I
don’t think today.” Gary answered having a grin on his face.
“ Well than
I think I’ll go to the hotel.” She said.
“ Yeah, I
guess I will join you.” Gary replied.
“ Well
let’s go and get the keys.” Cathy said.
After a few
minutes they both had their keys to the room.
They went
to the hotel.
But on the
road…
“ Cat?”
Gary asked.
“ Yes
Gary.” She answered.
“ Do you
wanna go and see some movie in the movies or something, I don’t feel like going
back already.” He asked.
“ Sure, why
not.” She answered.
“ Well
let’s go, I sough there is a cinema back at the hotel, so they can be sure we
didn’t lied.” He said.
“ Ok"
she said again.
