A TRUE DESTINY
EPILOUGE

Ash glanced outside.
It was
snowing again.
The beautiful, soft, snowflakes fell slowly, as they
glimmered goregosly in the moonlight. The snow-filled trees stood still in the
distance, swaying with the gentle blow of the wind.
Ash lay on the couch, on
this day of Christmas eve, with his girlfriend Misty, laying beside him, asleep,
snuggling up against him. She had her arms wrapped tightly around him, nestling
in his body warmth. He sat sleepilly, with his hand absent-mindedly stroking her
hair. A soft, wool blanket was spread across them both. Ash stared into the
fireplace, entranced by the flickering flames, the crackiling firewood, and the
dancing shadows on the wall.
Soft christmas music lulled Ash into sleepiness
while it played on the stereo.
It had been three months since that one night
at Misty's house, where both of them had spilled there feeling for each other.
Ever since, a strong, romantic relationship had blossomed between the two. They
were truly in love.
He thought about the man in black. He hadn't seen him
at all lately. He is no longer haunting his dreams. Even though that man had
frightened him, Ash feels that he would have never became this close to Misty,
if it hadn't been for that mysterious man. He had taught something valuable to
Ash. He had taught him to believe in fate, and destiny. If there was a certain
destiny that Ash had, he felt like he furfilled it.
And one more thing. .
.Ash had thought that good things never last forever. . . But now, Ash knows he
was wrong. True love is endless. . ..
True love lasts forever.
