CHAPTER 4
THE FAST SHIP S.S. AQUA
"Who is it?" Kamon asked. There was a short silence.
"Room service!" On a boat? Kamon wondered.
"Come in!" The door opened, but it wasn't room service. A boy with long red hair, boots and was in all black stood in the doorway. "Jet…get out…now!" Kamon said angrily. The last person he wanted to see was Jet. He would surely spoil Kamon's vacation.
"Ha, make me," Jet responded.
"Okay. Electabuzz, go. Jets fly, so should he. Hyper Beam!"
"That's not funny."
"I think it is," Kamon said.
"I think I'll take this as a challenge, Kamon." Jet smiled, pulling a Pokéball off of his belt.
"Fine by me. Meet me in the Battle Room on deck 7. I'll be there in five minutes," Kamon told Jet.
"Fine. See you there, wimp." And Jet was gone. Hahaha, Kamon chuckled in his head, there's only four decks. Kamon smiled at the thought that Jet was going to be looking around for deck seven, and then went back to sleep.
Two hours later, Jet burst through the door to Kamon's room. He said, "Kamon! I'm really furious! There isn't a seventh deck! Now I'm gonna cream you!"
"Hmm…what?" Kamon said, waking up. Jet dove at Kamon, but Kamon was awake now and stuck out his elbow, knocking the wind out of Jet before he could punch Kamon. Jet fell to the floor, hands around his stomach. "I don't think so," Kamon said. "If you want to fight, It'll be a Pokémon battle. If you want to battle, meet me on the Battle Room on deck three. I'll be there in five minutes." By this time, Jet was standing.
"No, way Kamon, I'm following you this time!" Jet said.
"Fine with me." Kamon left his room and took the stairs to the third deck. "Let's battle in arena two," Kamon said. "Three-on three match, once one person knocks out two of your opponent's Pokémon, they win. They will be a fifteen minute time limit. Ready, let's go. Delibird, go!" Kamon threw an Ultra Ball into the ring, and the red gift-giving Pokémon emerged.
"Alakazam, attack! Use Psychic!" Alakazam was surrounded by a blue aurora, and then there was a flash, and Delibird was damaged.
"Delibird, Present!" Kamon commanded. Delibird hurled a glowing white package at Alakazam, doing a lot of damage. "Again, Delibird, another Present!" Delibird preformed the same attack, but this time it healed Alakazam a little. Alakazam then recovered further with Leftovers. "No! Delibird, Steel Wing!"
"Alakazam, Thunder Wave!" Jet told his Psychic Pokémon. Alakazam shocked Delibird, paralyzing it, but Delibird came back with the Flying attack, critical hit, knocking out Alakazam. "No! Alakazam, come back! Go, Ninetales, and use Fire Spin!" Ninetales surrounded Delibird with a ring of flames, and knocked out Delibird.
"You were good, Delibird. Return, and go…Umbreon! Faint Attack, now!" Umbreon struck Ninetales with the Dark move, but it did little.
"Ninetales, Fire Blast!" Jet commanded. A wall of flames was blasted at Umbreon burning it. "Now, Flame Wheel!'
"Umbreon, Hypnosis!" Umbreon put Ninetales asleep, and then used Nightmare, but Ninetales woke up quickly from a Mint Berry. "Umbreon, Skull Bash!" Umbreon headbutted Ninetales, but Ninetales knocked out Umbreon with a Flamethrower. "Umbreon come back. Typhlosion, as my last Pokémon, you can attack with Dynamic Punch!" There was an explosion when Kamon's Typhlosion punched Ninetales, and it kncoked it out.
"Ninetales, you were horrible! You should have beaten that stupid Fire-type…anyway, Sneasel, go! Surf attack!"
"Stop it, Typhlosion, Dynamic Punch!" Kamon said. Due to double-super effectiveness, Sneasel was almost dead.
"Thank God I have the Focus Band," Jet said. "Now, Sneasel, Metal Claw!" Unfortunatly for Jet Sneasel hurt itself in its confusion, and it fainted. "No! NO!! Sneasel, return…you won…again…Kamon. I concede defeat. I'll leave now." Jet only took one step when the captain came over the intercom.
"Attention, everyone. This is your Captain speaking. I believe there is a stow-away on board, and because of bad weather, we have to turn around. I am sorry for the inconvience."
"Darn it," Kamon said. "It's all your falt, too, Jet."
"You'd have to turn around anyway. Stormy weather, remember?" They didn't say anything else to eachother, and Kamon went back to his room.

Back in Olivine, the Captain gave Kamon and the other passangers free passess for the Magnet Train. The police also arrested Jet for theft, sowing away, and other charges. He was sentenced to fifteen years in prison. He also returned Bugsy's Scyther, now a Scizor. Kamon then went back to Goldenrod to catch the Magnet Train.
On the Magnet Train, Kamon was once again sleeping in his room when the lights flickered and there was a rumble. Kamon woke up to a screeching noise, a white and blue flash, and then the train derailed. A half an hour later, Kamon stood up. He was covered in shards of glass and scraps of metal. Everything around him was on fire. He felt a sharp pain in his leg, and looked down. His leg was cut and was bleeding. He looked at a piece of glass, and in his reflection he saw that he had a slash across his cheek. It will definatly leave a scar, he figured, and would be there the rest of his life. He walked away from the train crash and realized that he was outside of Saffron City. Ambulances & firetrucks were on their way to the crash. Kamon was put into a ambulance, and was driven away.
