Summary for After The End: Rated - PG-13 (Parents Strongly Cautioned) - A story of three kids who can transform into Pokemon and back, at will, simply if having a picture of one. The world has been destroyed, and the people dead, and only a group of about 20 kids are known survivors. These three teens are forced to use their special power and venture out in the dead world in order to find supplies and other survivors. However, some Pokemon do exist on Earth, and will they help the teenagers on their quest?
